Terms of sale

License agreement for the Mova app. Version of 2 November 2026. This is a translation of the Ukrainian public offer; if they differ, the Ukrainian text prevails.

1. Parties and how the agreement is made

1.1. These terms are an offer by Yurii Valihurskyi, sole proprietor (FOP) (taxpayer number 3455107130, address: 65069, Ukraine, Odesa region, Odesa, Kapitana Kuznietsova St, bldg. 110, apt. 43; the “Licensor”) to any person or company (the “User”) to enter into a license agreement on the terms below, under articles 633, 641, 642 and 1109 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”.

1.2. The User accepts the offer by paying for a license at https://mova.yuri-val.dev/. From the moment of payment the agreement is concluded in electronic form.

2. Subject

2.1. The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive perpetual license to use Mova for macOS (the “App”) on the number of Macs given by the edition:

Personal — up to 2 Macs at a time, 299 UAH;
Family — up to 5 Macs at a time, 699 UAH;
Business — up to 20 Macs at a time, 2999 UAH.

2.2. The license allows installing and running the App and using all of its features. It covers the updates the Licensor publishes for the App, at no extra charge.

2.3. The User may not sell, rent out or publish the license key, circumvent the license check, or modify, decompile or redistribute the App, except where the law expressly allows it.

2.4. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Licensor.

3. Free trial

3.1. The App can be downloaded and used free of charge for 14 days from its first launch on a given Mac. After the trial the App stops working until a license key is activated.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices are listed on the site in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). The Licensor is not registered for VAT.

4.2. Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay through monobank internet acquiring (JSC Universal Bank). The Licensor neither receives nor stores card data.

4.3. Moving to an edition with more Macs costs the difference between the edition prices; the key stays the same.

5. Delivery

5.1. As soon as the bank confirms the payment, the Licensor provides the license key on the page shown after payment and by email to the address given at purchase. The license is deemed delivered when the key is sent.

5.2. If the email does not arrive, the key can be requested again at https://mova.yuri-val.dev/recover/ or by writing to support@yuri-val.dev.

6. Activation and number of Macs

6.1. The App activates the key on a Mac and confirms the license with the Licensor’s server once a day. Without a connection a licensed App keeps working for up to 30 days.

6.2. No more Macs than the edition allows can be active at the same time. A Mac that has not connected for 30 days frees its seat automatically. A seat can also be freed in the App’s settings or by writing to support@yuri-val.dev.

7. Refunds

7.1. Within 14 days of payment the User may ask for a refund without giving a reason by writing to support@yuri-val.dev from the address used at purchase.

7.2. The money is returned to the card used for payment within the time the bank sets. After a refund the license key (or the upgrade) is revoked.

8. Liability

8.1. The App is provided “as is”. The Licensor makes reasonable efforts for the App to work correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation with every application.

8.2. The Licensor’s liability under this agreement is limited to the amount the User paid for the license.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Licensor processes the User’s personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Other terms

10.1. The agreement is valid indefinitely from acceptance. The Licensor may change these terms; a new version does not worsen the terms of licenses already bought.

10.2. The agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court.
